Overview

This website and store are operated by HullBreach Studios Ltd., doing business as Gumptendo ("Gumptendo," "we," "us," or "our"). The store is hosted on Shopify. By visiting our site or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"), along with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Shipping Policy, which are incorporated by reference. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the site.

1. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least the age of majority where you live to make a purchase, or have the consent of a parent or guardian. You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

2. Products

Restored consoles are used, vintage hardware that we have cleaned, repaired, and tested. They may show cosmetic wear consistent with their age. Product photos are representative, and individual units may vary slightly.

Repair parts and kits are intended for people comfortable working on electronics. Many require soldering, desoldering, or full disassembly of the device to install. You are responsible for installing parts correctly, and we are not liable for damage to your device, injury, or other loss resulting from installation or modification. Unless stated otherwise, parts are aftermarket and not original manufacturer parts.

We make every effort to describe products and display colors accurately, but we don't guarantee that descriptions or images are error-free. We may limit quantities or discontinue products at any time.

3. Pricing and payment

All prices are in US dollars. Prices and availability may change without notice. If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to an error, we may cancel orders placed at that price and refund you in full. Applicable sales taxes are calculated at checkout. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information.

4. Orders

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including orders that appear to be placed by resellers or that we suspect are fraudulent. If we cancel an order after payment, we'll refund you in full.

5. Shipping, returns, and guarantee

Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy. Returns, refunds, and our 30-day restored console guarantee are governed by our Refund Policy.

6. Warranty disclaimer

Except for the restored console guarantee described in our Refund Policy, and to the fullest extent permitted by law, products and the site are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HullBreach Studios Ltd. and its owners, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or any product. Our total liability for any claim relating to a product will not exceed the amount you paid for that product.

8. Trademarks

Nintendo, Super Nintendo, Nintendo 64, GameCube, Famicom, Bandai, WonderSwan, SwanCrystal, and Xbox are trademarks of their respective owners. Gumptendo is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any of them. These names are used only to describe product compatibility.

9. Site content and use

All content on this site, including text, photos, and graphics, is owned by HullBreach Studios Ltd. or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse it without permission. You agree not to use the site for any unlawful purpose or to interfere with its security or operation.

10. Third-party services and links

The site may link to or use third-party services, including Shopify and payment processors. We aren't responsible for third-party content or practices, and your use of those services is subject to their terms.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless HullBreach Studios Ltd. from claims arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the site or products.
