Clear / milky-white polyurethane drive belt imported from Japan. This is the common modern replacement for stretched or snapped FDS belts — not a rubber-band hack.

Notes

• Material: polyurethane (clear / translucent white). Holds tension better than dried-out original rubber.
• Size: standard FDS replacement loop (the usual ~90 mm fold / thin flat belt used on these drives).
• Installation takes a teardown of the drive. The belt routes around the motor pulley and large spindle gear; the metal triangle bracket has to come off to seat it. If you haven’t done an FDS belt before, watch a belt-replacement guide first.
• After install, check disk speed if you have a test disk or know the trimmer. A new belt can change tension enough to need a small speed tweak.
• Not an original Nintendo service part. These are aftermarket PU belts of the type commonly used in Japan for FDS repairs.
